rear foglight issue

I've gone through and checked my fuses, flipped my light switch to see if the one side was dead, even switched it out with a friend's which is a known good one; but no joy.

I even moved some relays around to see if i could get my K9 to fire up. I'm at a loss right now. anyone have a suggestion? I'm 1/2 tempted to just hard wire them into my front fogs to pass inspection.

unrelated..should some of these be connected?

guess im tracing wire. fuse, relays, switch..all have power; it just gets lost along the way to the tail like socket.
