as i got out of my car one day after work and i looked back i realized my low beams were dimly lit. confused i checked my switch and it was off so i disconnected the switch and the low beams still stayed on. pissed, i just removed the relay and went inside.
next morning i re-installed the relay so i had lights to go to work and when i got to work and turned off my lights the low beams were still dimly lit. back and forth a few days and sometimes when i shut off the lights they all stay off and now its more often that i have to remove the relay so i can park. the relay has started to buzz when the car is on if the lights are not on. (while buzzing the lights come on dimly lit) so i replaced the relay but it still has the problem. went through like 6 relays i had laying around. it doesnt always buzz and the lights dont always stay on.
im assuming its not the relay and not the switch. should i be looking for problems within the fuse box or in the wiring between the box and switch or box and lights? i work early and get off lat so if im gonna be looking i kinda want a specific place to start looking.
any help is appreciated.
