Computer problems. Light is very dim...

Computer still works. I mean the one that shows time, MPG, temp etc...
But.. it's not lit anymore, and I can hardly see it during the daylight. None of the buttons on the computer are lit either. Any other electronics works just fine.
Any ideas what happened?

u may need to get a new backlight. Bavarion Autosport usually has them.

You would not believe how I fixed the problem :-)
I went to a junk yard and found the light bar from a similar car - it cost me a dollar to get in. Right there at the junk yard I took the glovebox out and spent about 5 minutes trying to pry out the OBC but didn't suceed. So I gave up, and decided to go home. I put my key in the ignition, started the car and... what do you think? Exactly, my old OBC was lit like a christmas tree!!! I guess, there was a bad connection or something. Anyways, it works now but I also got a flat tire on the way home...
