Passenger High beam headlight, no power

I have a set of depo headlights, everything works fine on both sides, except passenger high beam does not work.

I took a multimeter, measured voltage at fuse, was battery voltage. Measured voltage at the plug, nothing. Is there another connector somewhere under the front bumper? and the high beams were on. I checked the voltage before all of my adapters i have. I believe the color was white with a blue strip, or blue with a white strip. The wires are seem very similar to the low beam.

Anyone have some tricks to help me figure this gremlin out?

anyone have any insight?

i double checked my measurements and compared to the other side. at the fuse box i got alternator voltage swapped fuses, nothing, both fuses work. Where do the wires go through, from the fuse box to the front right headlight?

Fixed, corrosion at the plug, i found out by bending the plug multiple times, and seeing the physical disconnect of the wire clued me in.
