Is there a way to upgrade the depo headlights, the high beam portion of them? anyone able to put projectors in the highbeam spot?

They're too shallow to fit a projector, but honestly why would you waste the time trying to do so? Parabolic lenses are better than projectors in a high-beam application. You do not want focused light and razor sharp cutoffs in a high-beam, you want widely dispersed light.
You would be better off doing a bi-xenon retrofit in your low-beams, then you can have your standard high-beams and your low-beams with the cutoff shield lowered, acting as additional high-beams.
