    HID people

Who currently has the best set up there right now. I hate driving blind.

I would like to go with 4300K and use EU Ellipsoids as I have these already. So what is the current recommended company?

I got 4300K Mcculloch 9006 Kit from ebay. It was 220 shipped new. Also, I would check out http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...5279&rd=1&rd=1

Quality hid for 175 bucks shipped...

    Good luck.

How much brighter are HIDs than, say, the Osram Silverstars or the Philips Vision Plus H1s? I'm assuming a lot but as I haven't really done a comparison I don't know for sure.

I run a Prolumen 6000K kit for US ellips... I'll post pics tomorrow, with comparison shots of HID vs Halogen. I will try my best to get the white balance correct in the shots so that they represent the true colors.

The difference with the hid is unbeliveable. It is litterally like a night and day difference.
