I had to replace my headlight assembly on my drivers side but the new ellipsoid is not in as good of shape as the old one. I'd like to put the old on in my new housing, how do i go about doing this.
unscrew the 3 screws holding ure headlight bracket in the front
(whole light comes out)
now look at the back of the lowbeams, youll see the adjusters
follow the adjusters to the bracket, where you will see little plastic tabs thingers that are turned perpendicular to lock the adjuster to the headlight bracket
use needle nose pliers, and unlock the adjuster locking things
pull out to contracept
installation is the reverse of removal.
if this isnt what you were looking for, then please clarify.
i think thats what i'm looking for, before I couldn't get all the little lock tabs on the back to turn so i thought i was doing something wrong, i'll give it another shot.
