euro ellipsoid adjusters high beam vs low beam

are the ajusters for low beams and high beams different or the same? According to realoem they look like they are different.

(09) High Beam : 63121385397


I ordered both from pelican parts and got them today and the low beam ones are extremely short and there's no way to adjust them (ie...theres no plastic peice on the end to turn) It seams part #63121385397 (9 in diagram) is the correct adjuster for both high and low, am i correct?

Any help would be great... Im gonna make a second order tomorrow since I only odered a few since I wasnt sure what I was ordering. I can take pics of the parts I got if need be...

sometimes my stupidity amazes me... didnt occur to me that I had another headlight that I could compare the adjusters too :p durrrrrr

but anyway...the other high beam has one of the short adjusters....any reason for the different adjusters/screws? how many of each should there be for each light? I take it two of #9 (adjuster) and one of 10 (intermediate peice?
