    Don't put bulbs rated higher than 65 watts in. And look for some one that has a bunch of spare parts for them.

      stock bulbs...it was broken when I bought the lights (unknown to me )

      ....is there anyway to fix the hole? Im not lookin for a cosmetically perfect fix...just something to patch it up...I'm tempted just to duct tape it but dont know if that's a fire hazard :p

        You could attempt to glue it back together, Is it a hella or a bosch? I bought a set of lights from a guy nearby and he had some extras lying about. Said he kit bashes them together out of broken sets.

        I'll ask him if he has one.

          that would be awsome if u could get me one... mine are Hella's
          I would glue it back together but don't have the pieces that broke off.

            Dude, that's a little more than a "crack"!! :)


            If you're really in a bind, you could JB Weld small piece of hard plastic over it- that should work OK.
