dash lights

My dash lights are out on my 91 318is and have always been since I bought the car . tried to fix today bye checking the bulbs and battries and what not bulbs looked good and battries were good any input .

dumb question, but did you check the fuse? are you talking about the lights in the cluster or the lights on the center dash? need more info

Ya checked the fuses . All look good . Do you know what # fuse it is ? And all the lights dash and heat control aea the only lights that work are window and heated seat switch .
