I ran into something strange when installing my HID kit.
The hole that you place the bulb though on the passenger side low beam on my Bosch Euro Smiley is smaller than the Driver's side low beam hole.
When I went to slide the H1 HID bulb into the projector housing, it wouldn't fit because the light bulb bulges a bit (in the center of the bulb) and it is too large to fit through the hole. I thought it was the bulb at first but then I tried it on the driver's side and it fit right through! Weird...
So I'm going to have to get a file shaped like a rod and try to open the hole a little bit so it will fit through.
