Lens Cleaning Question

Hey guys, a question. What do you use to clean the rear lenses before you paint/smoke them? My driver side lens is darker from the other side b/c of exhaust smoke. What can take this off?

I would use Goof-Off. Put it on a rag and wipe the tail lights down quickly. Don't let it sit on them.

If Goo-off doesn't work i'd try a little paint thinner. But as Ken said don't let is sit on the plastic.
