MHW makes the all red but its a clear with red tint like their smokes so it might look pinkish in some lightnig. I would say all red to break the car up, all black on black is a bit much.

MHW reds everything, even the backup:
    Im now E30less.

            Smoked 8)

The only reason I say that is the ghetto all red vs the ones you pay a lot for don't seem to be worth the difference.

Its damn near impossible to get a decent homemade smoke set to look nice

Verdy, verdy true..... I think I missed the whole point of the thread. If you choose to go smoked, then buy the MHW ones. If you choose to go red, then just do it yourself.

Most people use Testors Model spray paint, but I use this Japanese stuff that is specifically made for spraying lenses. It has a shinier finish and it lasts longer. I forgot the name of the stuff, I'll try and find it online.

No, it's not a model spray. It's actually made for spraying car lenses and such

Would smoked reds look any different from smoked stock tails?
Or does the tint mask the yellow corners? So either way it woudlnt matter what you color tail you+ smoked?

You will be able to see the amber still unless you smoke it a lot.
