whats your email.. I will have to work on hosting since it is a pdf. I can send it to you though.

I actually got brave today and decided to try. Havent taken the lenses off yet, but I made a baffle for one side. When I make the other one I'm going to give it a shot. Since I still have the highbeam from the broken light I have it makes a good piece to test fit the baffle.

lol trevor i did the same thing to mine last week as well. how random, came out allright, but i didnt make a baffle for the highbeams, i just sprayed the reflector black (not like i ever need them anyways).

be very careful with removing the lens guys, i didnt break anything but i melted the light housing on one of my low beams, gonna need to find a replacement.

^^ The low beams look exactly like T.Dot's. The High's "look" the same, though he probably made the cross like the original smoked hella's, while mine is actually the reflector painted.

Dont have pics yet, but I will have pics up soon.

I'm not quite brave enough to try again, but it looks like some people are having luck doing it, might try again now that I have the template for the highbeam.
I heated them up in my oven, they need to get really hot. I found its best to heat them up 5mins at a time, take em out try it a little, put them back in, this allows the plastic to cool down, but glass cools down slower(so it stays hot) This way you dont melt the plastics. The lens came out usually on the 3 try at heating them.

I plainted my high beam reflecters, since i have hids and dont need them. But I do have a next set of US Ellips, so I will try the baffle with those.

i smoked mine myself with my dad, at least the high beams, bryson did my low beams. the main difference cosmeticly with mine and the genuine hellas is that if you look from the front on mine, the cross bar things that reflect the black make an x, if you look at the hellas they make a t, this is because of on the stock high beams there is that white little knob thing that sticks out. all in all it wasnt that hard, just took some time, and they look great now. and also i used the oven to get the lens off.

You can take that little knob out, it twists and comes out. As soon as I can find a place to cut me out a perfectly dimensioned baffle from the template, I'm going to get new highbeam buckets and do it the right way.
