headlight confusion

I am new to headlights i guess, lol. I want really igh peformace lights(xenon) on my e30.

I really want angel eyes too(dont flame i like them)

What is my best route to go? IM just kinda confused as to what can work with what and so on

Hella US ellipsoids or Hella/Bosch Euro ellipsoids.

I would personally NEVER consider anything else.
