    how did you guys cut your crosshairs?

    I have a sheet of metal that I'm going to cut for crosshairs.... what would be the best method to do this?

    If you use thin steel or aluminum... sharp stainless scissors will work fine. If its thicker steel... then tin snips.

      dremel too or a die grinder works. depends on how steady of a hand you have tho. lol

        you use the rotating cutting wheel for a dremal? I'm using some semi thick aluminum

            Tin snips then get the intricate stuff with the dremel.

              the dremel is king, just watch out for the cutting wheel breaking and hitting you in the face!
