I've heard of people doing it, but never seen it done. Might worry about the heat from the light affecting it. I would use high temperature clear if you do it.

I endorse it big time. My headlights and especially the fogs look fantastic. To add to the look AFTER it cured I added lamin-x. They look brand new.

We have all seen really bad fogs. Mine were hopeless. Now They actually look like glass. I don't have any before pics but I could take some after if wanted.

This was over a year ago and they still look clear.

Dulpicolor. The can is blue has a pic of a silver rim. Its actually the spray for clear coating rims. Got it at auto zone. Cleaned the glass and sprayed. Let it dry in the sun all day. Next morning I put the lamin-x on and dats dat. I am at work and looking on the computer for pics. Not sure if I have any. But it is def one of the best improvements I have done.

I tried it too. Results were great. Laminix afterwards. Sorry no pics. I had moderate pitting on fogs. Covered 99%. I don't drive my car much so can tell what long term results are.
