Turn Signal Problem; No lights, just buzzing!

Alright, I'll keep this to the point. A little history - When I took my car out of storage a couple of weeks ago, on my first drive I noticed that when the left turn signal was turned on, the indicator on the dash would stay solid and the Turn Signal relay would buzz. Neither left turn signal on the car was lit up when this happened. It only did it this one day, and ever since it's been working fine. The right hand turn signals worked fine the whole time.

Now, I just swapped out my dash with a new one and upon reassembly I found I no longer have ANY turn signals. :( The relay just buzzes (with one exception). None of the turn signal bulbs light up either.

So here is where I am now -

- Direction Indicators on the cluster do NOT light up at all. Trying signals without cluster hooked up makes no difference.
- Emergency Flasher button, when pressed, lights up solid and does NOT make the relay buzz.
- Have tried 4 different flasher relays; no change.
- Have tried 2 different Emergency Flasher buttons; no change.
- High beam indicator in cluster does light up, does not change intensity.
- Upper steering column ground is good (anyone have a picture of the other one, or an exact location?)
- All fuses are good.
- All connections at the actual lamps are good.

After 3 days of tinkering with no results, it's time for me to beg for help. Any ideas?

umm have you replaced those bulbs... ?

the relay will flash extremely fast and thats the buzzing you hear. i replaced my bulbs and u know what? problem fixed......

I didn't have any flashing - when you tried to use the signals, the relay buzzed and that was it. The actual signals did nothing, the indicators on the dash did nothing, etc.

Turns out I had mislabeled the plugs when I did my dash swap and I had switched the Hazard and Defrost switches. 4 days of problems solved in about 10 seconds.
