both the front and rear parking lights on the right side (left side is fine) and both license plate lights are not working. It also shows theress a problem with them on the console. I dont get any console warning indicators until I try and turn on either the parking lights or head lights with the switch. head lights, turn signals (both sides)..etc...all work fine. I then check the fuse and it was blown. Put another one in and same thing. as soon as i turn on the parking light via the switch it blows. is there a rely that i can check maybe that is shorted? i have tried to trace the wire but that is a needle in the hay stack... help!

i had a problem similar to this, it was a short in the bulb socket on the turn signal. your problem could be similar, you gotta pull one bulb at a time and replace the fuse until you find the culprit.IG: @Baye30

Well i feel dumb now but i figured it out. I had put a new radio in and wired it up wrong. What helped me was these wiring diagrams online:
