Directionals blink fast...front & rear are working...

Okay...just completed a bumper swap on my 1988 325is and I replaced the necessary bulb sockets on the front bumpers and purchased new bulbs. However, they continue to blink fast. The parking lights up front do not work however.

Anyone have any idea why this is going on?? Thanks!!

id check the fuses.... also you might want to re-examine your wires... might have gotten a few mixed up along the way. I recall they were a direct swap when i did mine 2 summers ago, That is other than cutting and splicing the front connectors for the driving lights

Re-wired the new style adapters to the wiring attached to the car. It was a solid 4 hours of work and I hardwired everything into place.
