Ellipsoids Stock On Which E30 Model?

Eh. Nah, I'd much rather have ellips over my H4s with osram silverstars.

Interesting. I have never heard of anyone that liked the H4's more than the Euro ellips.

bmwm5lover, the guy from Toronto with the white '90, ix skirts, mtech2 front said so. DanGillan made the same observation also. I have no first hand experience, just passing on what a few said.

yea....

the observation that I have made is this...

first upgrade (lighting) I did was h4's. they were bright. then I added osram silverstars to them, they were damn bright!
then I made the switch to smoked euro ellips, they are not as bright as the h4's with osrams, and I dont remember if they are brighter then h4's without osrams.... who knows, maybe they will be brighter than h4's with osrams once I get osrams for the euro ellips, but as of now. this is all the info I can give.

What's the part number for the ellipsoid support frame? the plastic frame that the ellipsoid headlight goes into?

I didn't know that they were different from the metal support frame for sealed beams and now I'm trying to figure out the part number. Also if anyone here has just the frame for sale PM me I have paypal ready to go.
