lowbeam problem

    lowbeam problem

    i got 2 e30s with the same problem, 1 is a 89 m3 the other an 86 325, and they both only have 1 light on lowbeam, but then on highbeam, the low thats out, comes on, i replaced the bulb on the m3, but it didnt do anything, and the grounds on both are good

    I had a bad wire crossing from left to right. I replaced it, just ran a new wire, supahack style.

            I'm sure you've checked your fuses?
            US-style sealed beams in the low (outer) position have a filament for low beam & another for high beam. Maybe the low beam filament has burned out.

              And check your relay for the head light as well same shit happens to my e30s
