Anyone tried Diederichs smiley's?

Was doing some searching and these smiley's by Diederich(?) came up. Curious if anyone has taken the plunge on them?

I would be weary of Schmiedmann (quick search and you'll understand) and headlights that are that cheap. Heck, I spent ~$350 on DEPO halo headlights on my e30 and the quality is sub-par. Only redeeming quality is that they don't fly off while I'm on the highway (sometimes I wish they would tho). I'd recommend to do it right and do it once with Hella/Bosch units. GL
