#30 relay jump

Looking to see if i can jump the relays for having both headlights on at the same time in a late model (90 325i)? (I'm under the impression this is just for sealed beam cars.
Car has smilies now but I don't know what it had previously (which is causing me to worry about what wiring diagram to look at.

There's also a thread on here somewhere to run wiring inside the fuse box in a less janky way, but I think the pictures are dead.

Didnt know if it mattered for what version of headlights I had, thank you I'll try it tonight.
