    Which 10", which 4 channel?

    The 2 4 channels are the 100.4 (about $165) and the 400.4 (about $200)

    The 10" woofers are the APEX 10 ($65), the SD10COC ($130) and the SD1035SPL ($180)

I have yet to hear this new woofer, SD10COC. It is 2/3rds price of the SPL series, but is still bigger/burlier than anything I know of in the price range, and has pretty good specs.

    Closing SOON!

Well, I just might. I love that shit, but have had some reliability issues with their lower end product and prices have gone up quite a bit.

Luke, I'm in the market for a 5 channel amp to work with:

          Infinity Kappa 10.1D
          Polk DB5250 Components
Blaupunkt Coaxial speakers (can't remember name)

Do you think a TM 400.4 or a 100.4 will do the job?

            No, not really.

First, if you want a 5 channel, neither of these (as I am sure you noticed) are 5 channel.

Next, if you were to use that DVC woofer on half of either of those 4 channels (or 99.99% of all 4 channels ever made) you would have either too much or too little load...so either wasting money or making smoke.

However, you could do the 600.1 and the 100.4 as a great combo. That gear in one of my boxes would be very happy....in fact, damn near stupid loud, plus wonderful clarity, as the Kappa woofers love large vented boxes.

Tell ya what....I seem to have 3 or 4 guys who want 2 amps...how about I figure out a small little 1 shot group buy? These prices are barely over cost, but maybe I could squeeze a bit more from these guys.

Let me know. I have two amps now...but they're 2 channel. The way I used to be was, one amp powered sub, and the other was for the components up front. The rear were amp'ed by the headunit...My plan was to bridge the four speakers on one amp.

              Eclipse PA4212 2/1 Channel Amp

I wanted to kind of integrate everything into one amp but I'm willing to reconsider :)

Yeah, lots of cars do that really well, and you certainly could...but the E30 is SO damn stubborn in getting any kind of decent front stage, I think it would suck.

As a general rule, I wanna see triple the power of the rears on the fronts.

Of course, if you have gain adjustments, that solves the issue too.

Of course, if you ran a different woofer, the 2 amps you have now would be great. SVC woofers are getting rare! You could also just add a sub amp, then use those two for front and rear...I mean they aren't the most ballsy amp ever made, but they are pretty damn clean.

Luke, shoot me a PM with your phone number :)

I might be interested in doing something like that.

Luke, is titanium power still around?

I want some of their stuff for my car, when I build it up this Summer
