Ellips Question

I have a passenger side set of ellipsoids, I am pretty sure they're US ellipsoids.....the part number for the frame is 134366-00RE and the Ellipsoid light says DOT and the PN is 301-133088 and the high beam also says DOT and the PN is 301-133089
(they're US elips right?)
The problem is I cannot find these part numbers when I google them and when I got to the Hella page...I am trying to find the driver's side of what I have...does anyone have a setup with those part numbers? If so, can someone please give me the driver's side part numbers.
The pnly part number I have for what I need is 134365-00LI and thats for the driver's side frame

im pretty sure that is BMWs part number and not hellas. ive seen brand new hellas, just not sure what number they are. they come in pairs though not just one side. for some reason www.hellausa.com wont load on my computer right now.
