ok im planning a new install on my 318is and im gonna mount my two amps behind the rear seat, im going to make a custom plywood back to mount them on and use carpet to make make it look stock. anyways i cant decid on how to mount the amps, i dont want them to clos because i dont want interference. which layout looks the collest to you guys:
layout #1:

note: the two rear speaker crossovers are in the center with my 4 channel amp on the left and my mono/sub amp on the right (all wires will be concealed.
or layout #2:

note: the crossovers are on the top, same amp layout, also: do they look far enough apart as to not crweat interference?
this is how my old install used to look on the rear dash:

....it will look simalar to this but it will be in the trunk. the wires will be concealed in the same way (going thru holes). what do you guys think?
