do you have to remove the lower side trim to access the front speakers? How do you get to the rear speakers?

front is the same as a standard E30 and the rear panel is a pop out panel. It seemed pretty simple to me.

I just did this a few days ago. For the trim under the door you will need to pry the plastic stakes out. Don't pry the outside piece; pry the center (you will see why).

For the rear speakers you will need to remove the seats. Also, make sure the top is down. The rest should be easy to figure out. Pull up! ;) Lemme know if you have any more questions.
