Electrically Challenged

I'm having some issues with the windows and the stock radio...

First, the right speaker goes in and out. Volume has no impact and there's no crackling as if it was blown. I don't know where to start with trying to figure out what could be the problem. Could it be the speaker itself, or the whole radio unit or some faulty connection somewhere?

Power windows work fine if I roll them up one at a time. If I try to roll up more than one at a time, it takes fooooreeeever. I don't know if this is just something that wears out over time or if I should be looking into this. I don't mind rolling them up one at a time, however if it's going to cause other problems then I'd rather fix it now...

I'd start by checking the connections at the speaker and the radio. Sounds like something is loose.

As far as the windows go, they are just like that. Might help to clean and re-grease the mechanisms so they move more freely. 20 year old grease doesn't really lubricate that well.
