What kind of feedback would you like?
I have done a few sets of SPAL switches, including those.
I prefer E36 green base switches over anything.Comment

Quite a bit, but only mounting. These need to snap into a plate, and as they are flimsy as hell, any stress in the mounting makes them not work, or bind, or both.
SPAL is decent stuff, but nowhere near OE quality.
I have seen this same switch in green, but most are amber. They do use a tiny lightbulb with a color sock, so that is changeable, or solder in an LED.
Of course, LEDs are better as they help prevent the heat issues
Pretty easy, all in all. Figure the E30 has 2 window motor wires, a hot and a ground, and so does that switch. If you wanted variable illumination (which the E30 switch is not capable of) you cold run a wire over to the cigarette lighter socket.
Yeah, but don't forget that switch does not come with any kind of plug.
You can make your own pretty easy though, just label the damn wires!
GL, guys.

This frame (33030079) is cheap flimsy plastic, but on the nice flat E30 console, it might work well.Comment
