I finally got around to buying a system. What do u guys think i haven't installed it yet but do you think it will sound good.
1. kicker L5 10" sub
2. kicker ported box
3. rockford capacitor
4. rockford 500 watt mono amp
5.sony xplod 4 channel amp
6.rockfordfosgate 4 guage wiring kit
7. kicker 8 guage kit
8. infinity kappas 5 1/4 in front
9. memphis 5 1/4 in back but will be switched for kappas soon

first system so tell what u think

ive got a 12 inch ported l5 and it sounds great on my 500 watt alpine amp so imo kicker was a good choice, im a big fan.. i had a 10 inch l5 and it was real nice, i just wanted a little bit more

other than that the system is bad ass.. finish off the kappas n ur baller..

No tweeters up front? Or did you get a 5-1/4" component set?

Even if you do not have a car with premium sound, I see no reason not to run a component system in an e30.

I have always had nice clean sound from all the infinity speakers I have owned. I hope you like them.

yes i got coponents up front. it's my first system and i hope it sounds good. i think it will. i dont like the memphis speakers though. OH and the sony was definetly not my first choice but funds were running short and it seemed the best place to skimp since it still met my power needs.
