sitting for 2 years and no start !HELP!

Hey guys, havnt been here for awhile now, but, IM BACK!...

I got a stock 1990 325i

anyways the kitten has been in the garage for the last two years. *Sudden things came up*

So I filled it halfway with gas, replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, main relay and the fuel pump relay. No fuel comes out of the fuel pump.

the battery has 12.64 volts.

I get 1.64 volts to the fuel pump, main relay and the fuel pump.

I tried to do some tests to the motronic 1.1 system and nothing.

The motronic 1.1 system doesnt get any power.

The headlights come on, the heater fan works, and all the light turn on when the key is in the "on" position.

There is no sign of rodents and the car cranks and cranks.

The starter is good, spark plugs, wires, dist cap, rotor are all good.

O I also checked the pulse sensor and it was good.

I think its the fact that the motronic system is not getting enough power

any thoughts!?

Check your fusible link. It feeds the motronic which feeds the relays.

Is the fuseable like 6 in from the positive or gound wire from the battery?

Also, IF the fusable link is bad, would The lights, windows and everything else turn on?

Is the thin wire that goes to the positive. Remove/cut the rubber sleeve that protects the board type material to see it. Best way to replace it is to go the the junkyard and get that piece of wire (10 in.) with the terminal and replace yours.
If it's bad, lights, windows, sunroof etc will still work.
