Head unit with iPod, SD card and HD radio capabilities?

I'm looking for a head unit to stick into one of the E30s with the following features:

    SD/SDHC compatibility
    HD radio compatibility
    iPod compatibility
some amount of integrated amplifier (driving premium speakers, no, I'd really rather not put in an amp, not in this car)
looks compatibility (I'll be happy with slightly retarded - a decent looking HU is too much to hope for these days)
    wallet compatibility (not OVERLY expensive)

Any ideas will be welcome. The SD48 blaupunkt almost worked.. except it appears to be NLA.

I found http://www.alpine-usa.com/US-en/prod...model=iDA-X303 with its optional HD-radio module.. opinions?

Looks interesting, but it doesn't give me SD capabilites (other than with an USB-SD converter, which looks like it's necessary in any case...).
At that point, I was considering it's smaller, cheaper sisters (KD-HDR50 and AHD-59...).
I have to wonder why, in 2009, discless units are still so few & far apart.

        Answering my own question here:
JVC KD-HDR50 + stock 'late' wiring (2 wires direct to each corner of the car) + premium speakers + stock antenna. Everything works and it sounds much better than the premium sound with the stock 1980s 'pyramid' head unit. It'll do.
