Sometimes I don't drive my car for a few weeks, often the battery is drained. I believe this is primarily due to the factory radio security LED slowly draining my battery. I don't drive my car in the winter, so this becomes more of an issue. I have a battery maintainer, but I'm always a little concerned about something catching on fire when no one is around. Is there any way to "turn-off" the LED without removing a fuse?

I'm not certain if there is a drain anywhere else, no blown fuses or shorts that I'm aware. Everything seems to be working fine, no aftermarket amps or anything. Last winter I pulled a fuse (can't remember which one right now), and the battery lasted maybe a month or so. The problem is everything with a memory is erased. I thought there may be a code to turn-off the radio's security feature.
