Center mount radio panel is where its at.

The stereo serves a purpose to me. A/C vents etc are all worthless to me. IE extra wait.

i didn't use vaseline, i used one armor-all wipe. it only came out like that because of the lighting. the brightness of the deck in the dark is the camera, too. i can turn off all of that display stuff, but it really isn't that distracting or different than the rest of the interior.

i don't really give a shit about matching the amber, either. if i did i would have thrown a business cd player in there.
