    cd43 with alpine pra-h400 crossover

I have this alpine pra-h400 bnib and functional that i picked up a while back. now my question is will i be able to use it in my system. i have posted about this system before but i keep changing my mind and buying shit so thanks for the help. I have two art series amps for my system. i have a 4200am for the components and a a300.2 for the sub. Will i be able to run the cd43 with the pra-h400 and two amps? I am not sure weather i can run the pra-h400 without a compatible head-unit i.e. alpine...Does the cd43 need any kind of signal boosting if i were to split the speaker outputs of the head unit in to two sets of rca-s

    edit:
what do yal think of the alpine CDA-7949
it would work with my ai-net and period correctish and is supposed to have fantastic sound quality.
