Which Adapter Kit for C43 in 89 Cab?

I keep finding earlier model cars listed here but can not find which adapter kit# for the 4/89 Cabs?
Antenna kit #?

I know that the stock radios/wiring in an 87 and 89 are different so I figure that the harness that you need to adapt the C43 is different as well...
