    new toys (subs)

i went to pick up my new subwoofers the other day.... .actually they arent that new i have had em for a while but they have been sitting in a closet at my dads house.. i had intended them to replace the 3x 10W3 that were in the trunk of my corrado.. but when that stuff got stolen i never got around to it...

for any of you who have never heard these subs.. they are definatley a SQ sub.. they sound amazing and hit so punchy and hard.. not a boom sub at all.. alought they will get plenty loud.... still havent picked up the amp to run them yet (most likely its gonna be a soundsteam ref 1000) but the enclosure should be done hopefully this week but if not defnatley before xmas

Boston Acoustics Pro Series 12.5 LF (specs: http://www.bostonacoustics.com/techsheet/ProSpecs.pdf )

Those look nice. I like the plain style look they have. They even have the pull-cap terminals or whatever they are called.
I retired my E30 for now...

Binding Posts... every speaker should have them.

I've heard those Pro Series subs (as well as the mids) are really nice.
