Alpine CDA-105 or the JVC KD-a805?

Looking to upgrade the stock system to something USB and bluetooth capable, that retains some shred of decency at night.

Got it narrowed down to the Alpine CDA-105 or the JVC KD-a805:

    http://signature.crutchfield.com/App/Product/CompareTo.aspx?g=300&cc=01&compareItems=01|500CDA1 05&compareItems=01|105KDA805

Pre-amp outs, aux in, and lighting also played a role.

Alpine is cheaper, but JVC has bluetooth included.

Anybody have experience with these two decks, or have a recommendation other than these that has similar feature sets?

Not looking for bling as much as useability, and decent sound quality.

    Thanks in advance.

I did a CDA 105 the other day.

    It was OK.

318Joe CDE-103BT has BT built in as well, but has less pre-outs.

Thanks for the responses. I will check out the 103bt.

In searching for the best price, I saw a lot of open box 105's on ebay. Looks like a bunch of them have been returned. Makes a dude wonder.

Having used that Alpine for all of 15 minutes, I like my pioneer far better, and I hate that thing.

            Heh.

I'd love to do a Pioneer as I have a Gex-903 XM tuner with a "lifetime" subscription I'm going to integrate (don't ask, bought too soon). Just can't buy the green buttons. If I had a Pioneer HU, I'd install it. Just can't bring myself to spend money on one. The 903 controller is green and blue, but it can be hidden in the glove box or center console at night.

No experience with the JVC stuff?

I have had an alpine head unit that outlasted a couple of cars. It was running my JL 500/1 with JL W6 v2. I love me some Alpine!
