    Amp question....sorry audio noob

I hae a 4 channel amp that I want to hook up to my pioneer head unit to run my infinity speakers inside the car. But there are only 2 rca jacks on the back of teh stereo labled L and R. The amp is 4 channel so it has L and R for bith rear and front speakers but how do I hook the amp up to run all 4 speakers???

    Y- adapters.

Any place that sells RCA cables will have some. You just wont be able to fade front to rear.

It's a cable that has ONE rca female input and TWO male rca outputs. It just splits the the cable into two. You'll need two of them obviously.

It also sounds like you shouldn't be installing your own amp.

I'd take it to soemone if I didnt think that I could do it but its also kinda hard to take a car somewhere when you have the head off and are rebuilding it.

Run the RCAs from the deck back to the amp, not from the amp up to the deck. You can only use one pair of RCA cables. Put Y-adapters on the end of each of the rca cables. You split the left one into two signals and the right one into two signals.

If they don't and the only ones they have are like $25, you could try home depot instead of getting ripped off like me.
