Help! instrument gauges and blower not working

So all of a sudden my tach, fuel gauge, temp gauge, service indicator lights and blower just stopped working. I was driving and everything was fine, then ran into a store and when I restarted the car, nothing. We checked the fuse/changed it-still didn't work. It is freezing here (around 14 degrees) could it be weather related? Does anyone know what this could be? Please help. Thanks for any tips and information.

So, were the fuse(s) blown or ok? Check with test light or DMM yes?

it looked okay, it seemed to be thinner in a section on it. To be safe we swapped it out with a different one. It still didn't work after that. We saw that there are 2 separate fusses (one for the instrument panel and one for the blower) so that just seemed odd that they are both not working.

I've had the blower motor quit on me and it was just a fuse.. double check you used the right size fuse, and you changed the correct one. If that doesn't work, check your SI board (inside the cluster).

does your speedometer still work? I'm not sure how it would affect the blower but the rest sounds like SI board issues.
