Polk tweeters in factory premium sail panels?

Ok so I have just about completed my car audio install for now. W/out trying to re-invent the wheel I am wondering if anyone out there has used the bmw premium factory sail panels with aftermarket components. My goal is to install the polk tweeters in both sail panels and remove the old bmw tweeters. I only have one chance at this so i want to be very careful and do it right.

Below is the pic of the factory panels and polk tweeter. Looks like the diameter of the polk tweeter will fit...but i have to figure out how to get the old tweeters out (that look like they are glued in?)

Those are the same Polk tweets I'm putting in my car.

I ended up ripping out the old tweeters with pliers. They were blown anyway, so it didn't matter. I then used an exacto knife to cut the glue that was left.

Great..thanks for the quick reply. After pulling out the 25 year old factory sounds system...this sounds amazing...i had the tweeters temporarily mounted with Velcro to test out and was very impressed.
