    Wiper Issue

    so i picked u p this new (to me) e30. its a 1989 325is. anyways i went to turn on the wipers today and noticed they didnt work. i brushed it off but accidently left the wiper stalk on. i hit the cruise control later on to see if it worked and the wipers came on. if i toggle the cruise control switch the wipers work. what could this be? why would it do this?

      also my fogs only work with my high beams
