    Thinnest 8" Sub

Ok, I have been pondering the idea of putting two 8" subs in my car, one behind each seat. The problem is, there is not a lot of room. What is the thinnest sub I can buy that is still good quality?

Pics? I wasn't aware that any other company manufactured subs with the magnet in front of the cone other than Illusion.

So the magnet isn't in front of the cone but it is still a rather neat design. Haven't heard one so I couldn't comment on the sound. Might be worth checking out.

Wow, that's interesting. I'd never seen it before.

I'd still take the Illusion over a pioneer though (and it's depth is smaller by almost an inch):

Eh, never really liked Blaupunkt's stuff. kind of seems "cheap" to me, regardless f the price. Not to mention 10's would be way oever kill for my car. Two 8's are going to be pushing it.

Yeah... I dont know, i dont possibly see how that design could be as loud, or sound as good as a real sub... two of those 10s might equal to two normal 8s... you never know.

a buddy of mine was involved on this project. These subs hit nicely for their size, I'm sure if you want more info on these I could post everything about them
