Repairing the power mirror switch

I just put together a quick write-up with (not enough) pictures for repairing the power mirror switch. Mine barely worked at all. Schneller 3er was kind enough to sell me a replacement switch, but I got tired of waiting for it (I paid for it this morning! WTF! ;)) and had a few minutes to kill tonight.
