What does everyone think about this HU with amber display? Will it play burned Cd's well? I'm not an audiophile, I just want a HU that matches the interior and has aux input for my potential car pc project.

No, infact it's notoriously bad for playing burned CDs. But you shouldn't be playing them in a Nak anyhow. Get something cheaper if you're not concerned about SQ that much.

That's what I was afraid of. What is a HU that plays burned Cd's better, has amber display, and aux in?

i havent had any problems with mine playing burnt cds, i think that has more to do with what kindof media you use, and what software... i hate the illumination though. It doesnt match the dash, it instead matches the yellow/orange button right above the cd player. I think its for defrost. It drives me fucking nuts!!!!!!
