Front turn signal won't flash, parking light on, bulb ok

So the front drivers side turn signal on my car won't flash. When the parking lights are on the bulb lights up. I tried a new bulb and still no flashing. All of the other turn signals flash so I don't think its a relay issue.

Any thoughts?

try wiggling the plub on the back of the light housing, you probably have a bad connection there. my car does the same thing until i whack the bumper once in a while.

clean and tighten up those connections

Check the ground at the light. If there isn't a good ground, the turn signal filament will ground through he parking light filament and not flash.
