Eclipse Speaker help?

I have a pair of Eclipse 8951 Point Source.
Are these any good? Looks to be a 2-way with tweeter in the middle?

Duno if its worth puting them in my car, any help is appreciated.

Yes they are good. Extremely good for the price. I have them as rear fill and they are awesome.
