So i read StereoInstaller1's remote start thread and saw the thing about one touch power windows and so seeing i was bored i drew up this schematic to do it (not by remote)
Can anyone verify this will work? i cant see any reason for it not to. But i have a few questions.
1/ Anyone know if the motors run off 12V or do i need a resistor in the master loop?
2/ The windows all take the same time to go down correct? if not it wont damage them right? i have heard that holding the switch down when the window is all the way down can damage the switch, but it should be okay as there will alway be atleast two windows going down right?
3/ If i could incorporate the sunroof into this it would be awesome. but that might be too much. But if so anyone know the wires for easy acess to the sunroof under the dash?
4/ Will the master switch (forgot to mention ill be using E36 switches if i go through with this) handle the current? or is incorporation of a relay a good idea?
5/ not a question, but ill be using the same curcuit diagram to go back up again too, with the polarity switched around of course
