fog light problem

I checked fuses 29&30, they're ok. The relay in K8 is a bmw 61.31-1374631(printed on top) and Hella 12V 4RA003510-31(printed on the side). The relay clicks when i hit the fog switch, the instrument cluster lights up when its in the on position. I also pulled both bulbs and looked REALLY close, they're also ok. Could it still be the switch?

Looking for more ideas. Where else should i look?


and... on a side question. Fuse 16 isnt suppose to have anything in it right?

check for power in the connector's up to the bulb, fog light housing...ect, fuck looking at it, ohm it out
